Choosing Your Cleaning

It's our job to assist you in choosing the right kind of service for you home. We help you choose the right type of service for a successful outcome. If you insist on purchasing less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire for services. It is for this reason that we strongly suggest that you start with a top to bottom Initial clean. This service brings your home up to a maintenance level.

Top to Bottom Initial Cleaning

Includes our maintenance cleaning tasks (shown below) cleaned by hand with a priority and focus on build up, in addition to the following:

  • Hand wiping ceiling fans and fans light fixtures within company 3-step ladder reach

  • Light fixtures within company 3-step ladder reach

  • Cleaning the top of the cabinets within company 3-step ladder reach

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Vents dusted within company 3-step ladder reach

  • Outside of all cabinets (hand washed or wiped)

  • Blinds and shutters (hand wiped)

  • Walls spot cleaned

  • Moldings and woodwork, and windowsills (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped reachable without moving furniture)

  • Pictures and knickknacks (hand wiped)

  • Furniture polished (top, front, sides, legs)

  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

  • Outside of appliances and inside of microwave

  • Stove top, grates, or drip pans scrubbed

  • For vacant homes inside of all cabinets, empty shelves, and drawers (hand-washed or wiped)​

  • All doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

  • Light switch plates wiped

  • Countertops and backsplash washed

  • All sinks scrubbed

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Tub/shower Tile (double scrubbed for build up)

  • All bathroom counters and fixtures cleaned

  • All trash cans emptied and relined

  • Beds made

  • Stairs vacuumed

  • floors vacuumed and mopped

We do not climb higher than our company 3-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with a extension duster. We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension tool. We cannot guarantee the results of mini blind cleaning. Excessive build up requires a special ultra-sonic mini blind cleaning (we do not offer this service at this time). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we've left. We try our best to limit dust in the air but cannot prevent it entirely.
