How much do you charge?

We charge by the job and our rates are based on multiple factors such as the size and condition of the home, the type of cleaning, and the cleaning frequency among other things. Call or message today for your free estimate!
Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?

You do not need to any more that a general pick up of clothing, dishes, and clear the floor. We will take care of the rest!
Do you bring your own supplies?

YES! We bring our own equipment and supplies that our cleaning teams have been trained to use to give you the best clean possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit cards and Venmo.
Will the same cleaners clean my home every time?

We always try to send the same cleaning team.
Do you clean in my town?

We service Wichita Falls and a 30 mile radius servicing area around WF.
Do you offer carpet cleaning or window washing?

At this time, we do not BUT we have some great local companies we will refer you to!
Is laundry part of your services?

Our AirBnb Service includes laundry, and we also offer a mommy's helper package that includes laundry!
Can pets be in the home while you clean?

We're pet friendly, but we would appreciate it if you would make sure your pet is secure and safe on your cleaning day.
Do I have to be home while you clean?

No, it's not necessary for you to be home while we are cleaning and we will ensure the safety of your home by setting alarms and locking doors.
Are tips allowed?

Absolutely! Tips are not expected but greatly appreciated! You can leave a cash tip on the day of your cleaning, request we include a tip when we process your card on file, or Venmo a tip and all tips go directly to your cleaners!
